We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time when entered onto the website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Goods will not be despatched until payment has been made and cleared.
Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock we shall notify you as soon as possible.
Purchase of products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until payment has been made and funds cleared. We reserve the right to refuse an order in cases where the product ordered is unavailable, we have been unable to obtain payment or there is an error within the product information.
Shipping & Returns
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 working days, please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7 – 10 days. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.
Whenever possible we use Royal Mail to deliver your goods. We will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.
If any order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the anticipated delivery date. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.
While we will use our best efforts to meet all orders we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular products displayed on this website. We reserve the rights to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.
UK Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on the total cost of your order.

Overseas Delivery – once you have placed your order and paid for UK delivery, we will contact you with any extra postage charges prior to despatching your goods.
Peggylicious products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
Online payment is made by Paypal/credit/debit card or by Cheque or postal orders from UK banks only please. You don’t have to have a Paypal account to purchase through our secure Paypal system, once you have placed your order and go to ‘Check Out’ you will be given the option to enter credit/debit card details. If you are paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Vision Marketing and post to Peggylicious, 15 New Street, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham Glos GL53 8JJ. Goods will not be despatched until payment has been cleared into our bank account.
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please email us detailing the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning.. We will then email you back with a return address. All items must be returned it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the product value. Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty.
We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping or postage costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please email firstname.lastname@example.org
